Air pollution can occur both outside and indoors. Every day many peoples' health is adversely affected by air pollution. There are seven main pollutants; carbon monoxide (CO), nitrogen dioxide (NO2), ground level ozone (O3), particulate matter, sulphur dioxide (SO2), hydrocarbons and lead.
