Climate change is the biggest threat facing humankind and life on this Planet. The International Panel for Climate Change (IPCC) are conservatively predicting an increase in the average global temperature of between 6 and 11 degrees centrigade. The average global temperature of the last ice age was 6 degrees lower than it is today. The rapid change in climate that we are starting to experience is primarily due to humankind's burning of fossil fuels over the last 200 years.
