Mostly vegetarian is a dietry choice that recognises the social, environmental and health values of a vegetarian diet but acknowledges the desire to eat meat. To be ethically consistent with the mostly vegetarian tends to be very selective about which animals they eat. Typically the non-vegetarian dietry choices should focus around animals with a low environmental impact - such as indigenous game - which roughly translates to kangaroos, emus and ferals (goats, pigs and deer) when in Australia, venison (deer)and rabbit when in Europe and the US, ferals species in New Zealand (goats and pigs).
Over and destructive fishing means that only fish line-caught locally should be eaten.
